The Wild Coast Sun is part of the Sun International hotel group, and adheres
to their high standards. It is a 3-star establishment, but the beautiful unspoiled
natural surroundings more than make up for the other two stars.
The hotel is
right on the Indian Ocean shoreline, and you can literally step out onto the
beach. Surrounded by subtropical bush and bordered by two rivers, the views
are nothing short of spectacular. Consequently there are many nature-related
activities that visitors can indulge in.
There are a number of bush trails to stroll along, more strenuous hikes, and
beach walks. The ocean offers surfing, deep-sea fishing and scuba diving, as
well as leisurely boating activities, like romantic sunset cruises.

local arts and crafts markets to explore, which means plenty of authentic souvenirs
for tourists. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are nearby nature reserves and
bird-watching sites.
Sports lovers have a world-class professional golf course
to play, that will challenge anyone. Ernie Els, Seve Ballesteros, Nick Faldo,
Bernhard Langer and Nick Price have all played there. In addition there are
plenty of other sports available.
Inside the hotel all the mod cons are available, and a variety of different
room types to suit all needs. There is a Health and Beauty Centre and an outdoor
swimming pool for those who prefer it to the ocean. Plenty of entertainment
facilities, restaurants and bars with different themes are on hand.

The conference facility has conference rooms, an auditorium and 2 ballrooms.
