April 29 - The Goldfish, clearly the hottest talent to come out of South Africa for a while now, will be appearing at the Suncoast Casino and Entertainment World next month.
The "Fishies" have jumped from relatively anonymity on home ground to obtaining a loyal following of fans across the world, including Dubai and Cannes.
So popular has this electronica ensemble become that they were voted the Best Live Act in South Africa and continue to wow the crowds wherever they go.
The Suncoast Casino will host a live show on May 9th, 2009 with doors opening at 4 pm. and the show starting 5 pm. sharp.
Tickets for the show are selling for R100 - R150, depending on the type purchased. The VIP area includes executive facilities, a private bar service and access to the casino's Golden Circle enclosure.
"We are incredibly proud to be hosting Goldfish on our property," said the Marketing Manager of the Suncoast Casino, Eugene Boniface. "They are the hottest musical property around at the moment and Suncoast is the perfect place to showcase their incredible talent."
The Goldfish have, in the past, played as opening acts for some of the biggest names in the music business, including Fatboy Slim, Paul van Dyk and Stereo MC's.
The opening act for the Goldfish show at the Suncoast Casino will be performed by the dance music group, Jacsharp.
