Overview / How to Play
All cards in this game are valued the same way as in the game of blackjack except for the fact that Ace is worth 1 point, always.
To begin the player makes a wager he will receive 2 cards dealt face up. The dealer receives 1 card, face up.
it is then the player's choice to decide if he/she wants to double, split, stand, hit, or surrender. As in the game of blackjack the hit and stand option are the same. The player has the option to double at any time. Splitting is
permitted on any 2 cards, there being no restrictions on aces.
At any time the player may surrender. If the player does surrender he/she forfeits half his/her total bet.
A "Caribbean 21" is an ace as well as two 10-point cards and the rank is higher than all other "21" point hands.
All ties are won by the dealer. A winning player bet shall pay even money except for a "Caribbean 21" which pays 3-2 on the initial hand only.
If the dealers up card is an ace, the player can opt for insurance against the dealer having a Caribbean 21. This insurance may be taken at any time and for any amount up to half the total bet at the time insurance is taken.
Insurance pays 9 to 1 if the dealer gets two 10-point cards as the 2nd and 3rd cards. The player may also add to the insurance bet at any time.
This game also offers you additional features such as autoplay whereby you can automate your game play and customise its settings.
