January 25 - The 2012 Super 15 Rugby will kick off on Friday, February
24, with matches scheduled to be played in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Cape Town
in the first week.

Though the start of the tournament is one month away, the excitement has been
building up amongst rugby fans and as a result, many top-rated online sports

The Super 15 Rugby is an annual tournament played between 15 provincial rugby
union teams from SA, Australia and New Zealand. There are five teams each from

Conference, followed by Sharks. Both qualified for the knock out stage. However,
the ultimate winner was the Reds from Australia.
In Week 1 of Super 15 Rugby all five South African teams will be in the fray.
On February 24 the Bulls will take on the Sharks at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria,
while on February 25, the Lions will play the Cheetahs at Coca Cola Park in
Johannesburg. On the same day the Stormers will play the Hurricanes from New
Zealand at Newlands Stadium in Cape Town.
